Week 1: Identify your WHY We will be reflecting on the reasons for wanting to make positive lifestyle changes. Guiding you to connect with goals to and to your values and deeper motivations. Learning how to set realistic goals. Week 2: Nutrition Introduction to Balanced Nutrition Explore the importance of balanced nutrition for overall health and well-being. Discuss the basics of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). We will also understand how to build a Healthy Plate Provide practical tips for grocery shopping and meal planning. Week 3: Mindful Eating In this session, participants will embark on a journey to discover the profound benefits of mindful eating.Mindful eating is not just about what we eat, but how we eat. It involves being fully present and attentive to the experience of eating, from the taste and texture of food to our own hunger and satiety cues. By practicing mindful eating, individuals can develop a healthier relationship with food. Session 4: Benefits of Physical Activity Discuss the numerous physical and mental health benefits of regular exercise. Explore different types of exercise and how they contribute to overall well-being. Help participants identify their preferred exercise activities. Guide participants in setting achievable fitness goals. Discuss strategies for overcoming common barriers to exercise. Week 5: Time Management/Boundaries Learn effective time management techniques. Address common time-wasting habits and distractions. Help participants prioritize tasks and set clear goals. Discuss and teach the importance of setting boundaries in both personal and professional life. Week 6: Stress Management/Self-Care Explore the sources and effects of stress on physical and mental health. Teach participants to recognize their own stress triggers. Discuss the concept of stress resilience. Introduce a variety of self-care techniques, including mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and hobbie Emphasize the importance of self-compassion and self-kindness
