We are currently in a worldwide epidemic of stress and anxiety that is stifling our happiness, creativity and overall wellbeing. Breathing is the axis to our emotional world. The Healing Sanctuary and Grace from Life Journey Coaching have partnered up to bring you a workshop that is using the breath as a means of empowering individuals to regulate their inner state and become restored to their overall physical and mental wellbeing. Grace will cover core principles of conscious breathing along with specific movement patterns, meditation and sounds healing to decrease or alleviate anxiety, stress, depression, sleep disorders and increase resilience within the physical and mental aspects of the body. To learn a technique that you can keep in your tool belt if and when the time arises to feel more calm, centered and grounded. This all levels class (no prior yoga experienced required) that is instructed by Grace Buffa owner of Life Journey Coaching. She has taught yoga for over 14yrs and is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach that specializes in Stress Management. Grace believes in helping people heal themselves from the inside out through food, conscious breathing, and a positive mindset.
