Holistic Health Coaching means to provide support that looks at the whole person. I meet clients where they are and provide customized plans. Health and Wellness Coaching addresses the whole person, to help people thrive mentally and physically, and how to leverage the biology of change. My programs are designed to facilitate sustainable change and optimize health and wellbeing. How it works: 1) Proven process- Think of me as your campaign on this journey. We create the roadmap together so we can get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. 2) Accountability-We all can do something for 2 weeks with the help of motivation. What happens when that fizzles out? You have me to get you through any challenges that arise. We accomplish goals 85% more when we have an accountability partner. 3) Support-Strong emotional support is invaluable and can help a person deal with any situation and change in a number of direct or indirect ways. Having a good support system ensures that we can lean on those is our lives in times of need. It also means that we don’t need to just survive; this is a reason to thrive!
